• 5+ years in enterprise-level integrations (performance, scalability, security)
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience (Workday Studio, EIB, APIs)
• Workday Studio certification & BIRT knowledge
• 3+ years in full lifecycle implementations
• Expertise in Workday Financials (Accounting, Procure-to-Pay, Banking, GL)
• Strong knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST APIs)
• Data transformation & security best practices
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field

• Understanding of Workdays business object model
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, MySQL, Postgres
  

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable Workday integrations using various Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), and Workday APIs.
• Financial Integrations : Specialize in developing integrations for Workday Financials, covering modules such as Accounting, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Banking, General Ledger (GL), and other related financial processes.
• Data Transformation : Implement complex data transformation logic and mapping rules to ensure accurate and consistent data exchange between Workday and external systems.
• Web Services Expertise : Utilize strong knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST APIs) to build and consume integrations effectively.
• Security & Performance : Ensure all integrations adhere to enterprise-level standards for performance, scalability, and security best practices, including data security and confidentiality.
• Full Lifecycle Implementation : Participate actively in all phases of integration projects, from initial design and requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for existing integrations, diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
• Cloud Platform Integration : Leverage experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) when designing and implementing integrations that interact with cloud-based systems.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration solutions, including design specifications, technical diagrams, and support procedures.
• Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with functional finance teams, other technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful integration outcomes.
