Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Vadodara

Shift Timings: 2-11pm IST

Details:

Overall IT experience of 7 years.
At least 5 years of experience in Workday solution design and development, with exposure to various Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation
Experience in conducting working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements.
Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and or alternative solutions to meet client goals. Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements.
Proficient in Workday technologies, such as XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, Web Services, and other Integration technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering high-quality Workday solutions that meet client needs and expectations
Knowledge in Azure Cloud is a plus
