Workday Developer

As a Workday Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in optimizing HR and finance processes by designing, developing, and enhancing our Workday ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include: - Building & maintaining integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs. - Developing custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to drive insights. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Performing testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for configurations. To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree in IT or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in Workday development (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs). - Strong understanding of HR & Finance processes. - Preferred skills in Agile methodology, Git version control, and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
