1 JD: Workday Advanced Compensation

  1. Manage configuration and administration of compensation plans (merit, bonus, stock, allowances) including cycle design and rollout within Workday.
  2. Collaborate with HR, finance, and business leaders to gather requirements, optimize compensation processes, and ensure alignment with compensation strategy.
  3. Troubleshoot compensation configuration issues, prepare test scenarios, support compensation cycles, and deliver user training/documentation.

2 JD: Workday Integration Developer

  1. Develop, test, and deploy integrations using Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Studio, PECI, REST/SOAP APIs, and XSLT to enable seamless data exchange with external systems.
  2. Analyze integration requirements, create technical design documents, and ensure secure, scalable, and error-free integration workflows.
  3. Monitor integration runs, resolve errors, optimize performance, and provide ongoing production support with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

3 JD: Workday Security

  1. Configure and maintain Workday security including domains, business process security policies, roles, and security groups ensuring least-privilege access.
  2. Partner with functional teams to assess access needs, support audits, manage segregation of duties, and resolve security incidents.
  3. Perform security testing during releases, prepare documentation, and support role-based and user-based access reviews.

4 JD: Workday Payroll

  1. Configure and support Workday payroll processes including earnings, deductions, payroll inputs, period schedules, tax setup, and pay calculations.
  2. Conduct payroll testing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accurate payroll execution across pay groups and jurisdictions.
  3. Troubleshoot payroll issues, support post-payroll activities, manage compliance/reporting requirements, and coordinate with finance and HR stakeholders.

5 JD: Workday Functional

  1. Lead end-to-end Workday configuration across core modules (HCM/Absence/Recruiting/Comp/Payroll etc.) including requirement gathering, design, and testing.
  2. Manage business process configuration, reporting, data uploads, tenant evolution, and end-user support.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams during releases/enhancements, troubleshoot functional issues, and deliver documentation and training.
