Workday Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• System Maintenance & Support:

  Provide day-to-day Application Management Services (AMS) support, address production issues, and manage minor/major defects and enhancements.

• Configuration & Customization:

  Craft and configure applications within the Workday platform to meet specific business process requirements.

• Implementation Methodology:

  Utilize Workday's implementation methodology for project deployment phases, including fit/gap analysis.

• Functional Knowledge:

  Apply extensive functional knowledge of the Workday Finance product suite, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Procurement, Expenses, Projects, and Financial Reporting.

• Integration & Reporting:

  Combine functional expertise with technical skills in Workday reporting and integrations to ensure seamless operations and insightful analytics.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support and training to finance team members.

• Compliance & Improvement:

  Ensure system stability, compliance with regulations, and continuous process improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have 5+ Years of experience on Workday
• Should know about Workday Integration
• Good Communication skills
• Good Analytical and logical Skills
