Workday Consultant

• Support or independently handle parts of

  end-to-end Workday HCM implementations

  , including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including:
  
• Core HR functions
  
• Employee records
  
• Business processes
  
• Benefits administration (based on experience level)
  
• Collaborate with HR teams to analyze workflows, identify improvement areas, and recommend

  best-practice Workday solutions

  .
• Participate in

  data migration

  activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of HR data using tools like EIB.
• Develop and execute

  test plans

  , support UAT, and validate system functionality.
• Assist in preparing documentation and deliver

  user training

  or knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide

  post-implementation support

  , troubleshoot issues, and support enhancement requests.

Preferred candidate profile

14 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation or support, with hands-on exposure to Core HR, Org & Position Management, Business Processes, EIB, Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Testing/UAT. Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle. Candidates from IT Services, Consulting, HR Tech, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs) are preferred. Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Workday HCM certification is a plus.
