Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Compensation Consultant to join our Gurgaon team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Workday Compensation module, ensuring accurate and effective management of compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday Compensation processes including salary structures, grade profiles, merit, bonus, and stock plans.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Manage annual compensation cycle setup and execution within Workday.
• Support integrations related to payroll and other compensation systems.
• Ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide functional and technical support, troubleshooting issues, and managing enhancements.
• Conduct testing, regression, and UAT activities for compensation-related features.
• Document processes and provide training/support to HR teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Compensation.
• Strong expertise in merit, bonus, stock/long-term incentive plans, and advanced compensation configuration.
• Hands-on experience in Workday configuration and support.
• Good understanding of HR and compensation frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
