"• Strategic Relationship Management: Proactively cultivate deep relationships with hiring teams, stakeholders, and HRBPs to anticipate future organizational challenges and develop innovative BGC solutions that directly address them. You will be expected to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements based on your expertise.

• Aggressive Target Achievement: Not just meeting, but exceeding hiring targets by relentlessly driving down BGC turnaround times (TAT) while maintaining impeccable quality and compliance. You will be measured on your ability to significantly improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to time-to-hire and BGC efficiency.
• MSA Mastery and Proactive Compliance: Possess an expert-level understanding of MSA requirements and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. You will be expected to champion compliance and drive continuous improvement in audit readiness.
• Vendor Governance: Go beyond regular supplier review meetings. You will be responsible for holding vendors rigorously accountable for quality, compliance, and performance. You will implement performance-based contracts and proactively manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage your expertise in Excel and data logics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the BGC process. You will be expected to develop and implement data-driven solutions that significantly improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Audit and Compliance Champion: You will be the champion of audit and compliance throughout the BGC process, ensuring that all checkpoints are not only maintained but continuously improved to exceed industry best practices.
• Exception Handling: You will lead a complete overhaul of the exception/extension and waive-off processes to minimize their occurrence and ensure consistent, fair, and compliant application."

"• Excellent business English proficiency - both oral and written

• Proficiency in MS Office: MS PowerPoint & Advanced MS Excel Skills (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, etc.)
• Well-versed with developing and publishing weekly dashboards
• Strong data management & MIS skills and ability to work on large data-sets
• Handling stakeholder/employee queries, complaints and resolving issues
• High level of integrity, professionalism and organized nature
• Adaptability to work across global teams
• Analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Critical thinking skills
