Workday Configuration Assistant

You will be joining our team as a Workday Maintenance and Configuration Assistant in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of our Workday system to ensure smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming requests, configuring and maintaining the Workday system, collaborating with the regional People team to address system requirements, conducting system audits for data integrity, contributing to the development of new Workday modules, and supporting the configuration of various business processes aligning with regional compliances using Workday software. Additionally, you will administer compensation structures, assist with data uploads and migration projects, collaborate on end-user training, stay updated on Workday releases, and maintain technical documentation. To excel in this role, you should have demonstrable experience in a similar Workday role, expertise in Workday business processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and organize work effectively, and familiarity with HR processes and data management. Your strong analytical skills and quick learning ability with technology tools will be highly beneficial in this position.
