Configuration experience of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Comp/Adv.Comp, Benefits or Payroll)
Played Functional Lead role on at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM
Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
Configuration support for at least 3-4 clients handled on AMS model for Comp/Adv.Comp , Benefits, Absence Management or Payroll
Experience in Business Process setup
Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
