Roles & Responsibilities

Employee Central Configuration:

  • Configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module to meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with HR and business teams to understand process requirements and design solutions in Employee Central.
  • Manage and configure various Employee Central features such as Global Assignment, Position Management, Organizational Management, and Employee Data.

HR Data Management:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee data in the system, including new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and employee status changes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data accuracy, privacy policies, and audit requirements.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting support using SuccessFactors reporting tools.

System Integration and Workflow Management:

  • Oversee integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other HR systems (e.g., Payroll, Recruiting, Time Management, etc.).
  • Design and configure business rules, workflows, and approvals to automate HR processes.

User Support and Issue Resolution:

  • Serve as the point of contact for Employee Central issues, providing troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Offer end-user support and training to HR personnel and managers on the system's functionalities.

System Maintenance and Enhancements:

  • Regularly monitor system performance and apply necessary updates or patches.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvements in processes and system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and SAP consultants on system upgrades and new feature releases.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure the system complies with local labor laws, company policies, and internal audit requirements.
  • Generate reports and provide analytics to assist HR teams with decision-making.
  • Expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time Off Module and conceptual knowledge of integration with other SF modules is required.

Good experience in conducting business requirement workshops and performing PoCs,

  • Good experience in Employee Central/Time Off configuration, very good understanding of Data Models, expertise in writing Business rules, workflow configuration, MDF object and UI configuration, Alerts & notifications, knowledge of employee profile, HRIS sync mapping is must.
  • Time off configuration knowledge along with Leave of Absence config knowledge is must.
  • Time off accrual rules, PEP rules, Time sheet understanding is must.
  • Knowledge of Integration center, Canvas reporting is good to have.
  • Implementation experience and customer front ending role.
  • Responsible for end to end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee central module within VW groups.
  • Responsible for Conducting workshops on implementation or PoCs for customers.
  • Customer front end role as module lead and responsible for end to end to product /business process design and solution.
  • Good knowledge of ONB 2.0 to EC integration.
  • Individual contributor as a consultant for SuccessFactors Roll out project for VW group companies.
  • Test case preparation and testing of application & change releases.
  • Conducting extensive end to end testing for the specific module.
  • Preparing process documentation and user manuals.
  • Data cleansing/testing/migration for the roll out projects.
  • Will be responsible all the activities of SAP SuccessFactors Roll out and AMS Projects.
  • Will be responsible for development, delivery & support in assigned area of work.
  • Will have to coordinate and communicate directly with client/Business users as per the job requirements.
  • Customer support for issue resolution according to SLA for L1 , L2 & L3 support.
