Workday Analyst

As a Workday Senior Specialist at Strada, you will play a crucial role in configuring Workday using various skillsets. You will be responsible for coaching and analyzing work for new employees, meeting with clients to understand their needs, and collaborating with team members to design systems and conduct tests. Your key responsibilities will include: - Articulating business problems, developing recommendations, and influencing stakeholders - Adapting your communication style to meet the needs of each client - Obtaining product certification to guide Client financial teams - Developing solution designs using your product knowledge - Collaborating with teams from different geographies and supporting peers - Delivering defined scope of work, identifying risks and issues, and planning workload - Communicating regularly with the project manager about configuration changes - Reviewing deliverables of peers and executing unit test cases - Debugging and resolving issues encountered during testing - Documenting changes precisely for the benefit of the customer - Adhering to project and support processes as defined by the project manager - Helping clients grow their knowledge and skills to manage their solutions effectively Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a preference for a Master's degree in related areas - Certification in Workday platform is preferred - Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Adaptability and flexibility, willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines - Learning agility to work on new domains as required by the business - Understanding of the software process lifecycle - 2+ years of relevant work experience, with certification in Workday Fin preferred - Working knowledge of Workday will be advantageous At Strada, our values guide everything we do, including anticipating customer needs, owning the outcome, challenging ourselves to work smarter, empowering each other to solve problems, and caring about our work.
