The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience, be proficient in English, have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with multiple Workday modules, and expertise in managing business processes, custom notifications, condition rules, and tenant setup. Experience with custom reports, inbound EIB, Workday implementation tools, and a strong understanding of HR processes and data are crucial for this role. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences are also required. A high degree of security awareness, user-friendliness, and an open mindset towards innovation and service in dynamic environments are essential qualities for this position.
