Key responsibilities Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and answer incoming calls from existing clients to provide information and support. Sales and Lead Generation: Generate sales leads, promote products and services, explain benefits and pricing, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer databases, and ensure all sales-related paperwork and documentation are completed. Follow-up: Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and close deals. Essential skills and qualifications Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to persuade and adapt to different customer personalities. Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the products or services being offered. Problem-Solving: The ability to listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
