Key duties include outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining customer records, and following up with potential and existing clients. Success in this role requires strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to meet performance targets. Key responsibilitiesOutbound calling: Making calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services, explain features, and generate interest or sales. Inbound call handling: Answering and addressing customer inquiries, complaints, or requests in a professional manner. Lead generation and follow-up: Identifying potential customers through calls and following up with them to move them through the sales funnel. Data management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases, and documenting sales calls and orders. Customer support: Providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through telephonic communication. Performance and reporting: Meeting and exceeding sales or call targets and providing feedback for service improvement. Required skills and qualificationsCommunication: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills are essential. Problem-solving: The ability to handle customer complaints and find solutions. Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing call records and tasks.
