Job Description

Role & responsibilities Job Summary: Seeking a Workforce Staffing Professional with experience in Demand & Supply Management in line with Client requirements. The role will involve analyzing staffing needs, forecasting demand, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline. Proven experience (5+ years) in Account Demand & Supply Management, preferably within a project-based staffing in IT environment will be highly preferable. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client's business needs and project requirements. Collaborate with various departments including Capacity, (Contractor), Graduate , Talent Acquisition , Account Teams, HR & Procurement to provide right resources on time & accurately forecast resource demands. Develop and implement strategies to manage the supply of skilled professionals in alignment with business objectives. Knowledge on market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape affecting project staffing. Continuous review and optimize staffing models to reduce costs while maintaining or improving service levels. Highly skilled on MS products - MS Excel for reports and PowerPoint for presentations for senior management on account performance, supply and demand trends
