Job Description

Workday HCM Functional JD

Core Responsibilities:

Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
Configuring Workday HCM modules, including core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and Absence Management.
Performing functional testing and providing end-user support.
Creating functional design documents and documenting configurations.
Translating business needs into system solutions.
Working with cross-functional teams to ensure system compliance and meet HR policies.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of HR processes.
Experience with Workday configuration and implementation.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Workday HCM certification is a plus.

Workday HCM Technical JD

Core Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining integrations between Workday and other systems.
Writing and performing code reviews for integration solutions.
Using technical tools like EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders), Studio, and Web Services API.
Designing and developing technical specifications.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to integrations and system functionality.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in technical tools like EIB, Studio, Calculated Fields, and XML/XSLT.
Experience with Workday integration strategies and API development.
Ability to write technical design documents and understand technical architecture.
Strong communication skills for technical design discussions.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory :- Workday Certification from Workday Product or Workday company with active status and validity of certification
