Job Description

As a WordPress Support Specialist at Elicus, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical support to clients utilizing DiviExtended and WPMozo products. Your expertise in WordPress, coupled with exceptional communication skills, will help customers navigate through any challenges they may face, ensuring a seamless experience. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for: - Responding to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and support tickets promptly and professionally. - Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and configurations, including DiviExtended and WPMozo products. - Guiding customers on product features, setup processes, and best practices for utilizing themes and plugins effectively. - Creating and updating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and tutorials to empower customers with self-help resources. - Collaborating with developers and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product enhancements. - Proactively following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the support provided. - Staying updated on WordPress updates, industry trends, and new features in DiviExtended and WPMozo products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in WordPress support, development, or a related role. - Proficiency in WordPress, including themes, plugins, and core functionalities. - Familiarity with the Divi theme and page builder (preferred). - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript for troubleshooting. - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. - Excellent analytical skills for efficient issue diagnosis and resolution. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with support platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar. - Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp, Trello, or Asana. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with WordPress product support. - Knowledge of SEO, website performance optimization, or accessibility standards.
