About the Role
We’re looking for a creative & detailed oriented Website Designer who can create and build experiences that represent brands online driven by visual excellence and flawless functionality. If you enjoy developing websites, helping people, staying organized, and solving everyday website issues, this role will be a good fit.

Responsibilities:

• Good Command on CMS platforms – Wordpress & Shopify
• Good knowledge of website design aesthetic.
• Theme Setup & Customization – Install, configure themes based on brands guidelines. Carry technical audit of the theme/template.
• Functional Implementations – Setup menus, pages structures, contact forms, and payment gateways.
• Testing & Optimization – Conduct speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser testing.
• Maintenance – Manage updates, backups, and troubleshooting post-launch.
• Able to visualize the placements of images/content through references, inspiration, Attention to details.
• Problem Solving – Able to find customized solutions for client’s requirement.
• Able to conduct professional client meetings & discussions efficiently.
• Ensure a smooth communication flow between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with websites using Wordpress/Shopify expertise, HTML/CSS.
• Should have knowledge of plugins, design sense, debugging, CMS platforms, hosting & DNS, SEO basics.
• Strong communication skills with good email and chat etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling multiple client requests.
