Job Summary:

WordPress Developer

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using

WordPress

and

Shopify

.
Customize themes, plugins, and third-party apps for both platforms.
Set up Shopify stores, configure products, collections, and payment gateways.
Create custom WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement new features and optimize existing ones.
Handle client meetings, gather requirements, and provide regular project updates.
Troubleshoot bugs and provide support post-deployment.

Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, mobile-optimized, and performance-tuned.

Key Responsibilities:


    • Required Skills:

    • Solid experience with

      WordPress development

      , including custom theme and plugin creation.

    • Working knowledge of

      Shopify store setup, Liquid templating, and app integrations

      .

    • Proficiency in 

      HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

      .

    • Understanding of

      Shopify Admin, Storefront APIs, and third-party integrations

      .

    • Basic knowledge of

      SEO best practices

      and website performance optimisation.

    • Strong communication and

      client-handling skills

      .

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

    • Nice to Have:

    • Familiarity with tools like Figma.

    • Knowledge of WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms.

    • Experience with basic server management (cPanel, FTP, etc.).
