Job Description

WordPress

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress and WooCommerce.
Customize themes and plugins to meet client needs.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, or conflicts.
Implement responsive and mobile-friendly designs.
Collaborate with copywriters and the digital team to integrate campaigns into the site.
Conduct website performance audits and implement improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
2 years of experience in a digital/creative agency
.
Strong proficiency in
WordPress
,
WooCommerce
, and essential plugins like Elementor, WPBakery, ACF, Yoast SEO, etc.
Working knowledge of
PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
.
Understanding of SEO, mobile optimization, and security best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with version control (Git) is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

Experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
Exposure to other CMS platforms like Shopify or Webflow.
