Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on client and internal requirements.
• Convert PSD/Figma designs into fully functional, responsive WordPress websites.
• Implement and customize third-party plugins such as

  WooCommerce, ACF, WPML

  , and membership tools.
• Optimize websites for speed, scalability, Core Web Vitals, and overall SEO performance.
• Create and manage

  custom post types (CPTs)

  , taxonomies, and shortcodes.
• Ensure websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and aligned with web accessibility standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across different browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with design, backend, and marketing teams for seamless project execution.
• Handle database design, queries, and optimization in

  MySQL / MS SQL Server

  .
• Deploy, manage, and maintain websites on

  LAMP/LEMP

  environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in

  PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

  .
• Expertise in

  custom theme and plugin development

  .
• Experience working with the

  WordPress REST API

  and custom post types.
• Knowledge of

  WooCommerce, WPML, ACF

  , and membership plugins like Restrict Content Pro.
• Strong understanding of database design, normalization, and query optimization.
• Solid knowledge of

  SEO best practices, page speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals

• Familiarity with

  LAMP/LEMP
