Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Developer (WordPress & Elementor Specialist) to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and updating websites for both our agency and our clients. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with stakeholders, and translating Figma designs into functional, high-performing websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress and Elementor
• Create custom website solutions as needed, including theme and plugin customization
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages
• Update and manage existing websites, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and WordPress best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress website development
• Strong expertise with Elementor page builder
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience working with Figma for design handoff
• Ability to build custom themes and plugins
• Solid understanding of website performance, security, and responsive design

Working Terms (Remote Friendly)

• This is a full-time remote role. You must have a good internet connection and a laptop that supports creative tools.
• You should be available for daily updates and discussions over WhatsApp/GMeet.
• Deliverables to be tracked via shared calendars and project tools.
• Timely responses and deadline adherence are critical.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress integrations
