Walk-In Drive for R2R Professionals | 13th & 14th November

Record to Report (R2R)

Walk-In Details

Open Positions & Experience:

Senior Associate:
2–4 years
Lead Associate:
4–7 years
Assistant Manager (AM):
7–9 years

As part of our Accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and analysis through end-to-end R2R activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
activities accurately and on schedule.
Handle
journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
(intercompany, bank, fixed assets, etc.).
Prepare and review
balance sheet and P&L reports
ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance.
Ensure
account reconciliations and variance analysis
are performed timely and accurately.
Drive
process improvements and automation
in the R2R cycle.
Collaborate closely with FP&A, AP, AR, and audit teams for reporting and control purposes.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and SOX requirements.
Work extensively on
ERP systems such as SAP
and
BlackLine
for account reconciliations and reporting automation.
Support audit activities with proper documentation and explanation of transactions.
