WMS - Technology Analyst

Job Title: Technology Analyst – Customization (JL4) Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 4+ years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technology Analyst (Job Level JL4) to join our Product Customization team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product R&D, QA, and delivery teams to develop, review, and implement custom software solutions. If you have a strong foundation in backend and UI technologies, experience in Finacle customization, and a passion for clean, efficient code—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customization, R&D, QA) to deliver custom solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements, and map them to technical features. Develop, document, and unit test custom solutions using best practices. Create high and low-level design artifacts and participate in peer reviews. Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and validation. Guide/mentor a small team (2-3 members) and support knowledge sharing. Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow SDLC best practices. Required Skills: Proficient in Java , JSP , JavaScript , Shell Scripting , Oracle PL/SQL . Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies . Experience in UI and backend customization . Hands-on experience with source control tools like Git, Bitbucket, or SVN. Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of design principles. Experience in creating efficient, reusable, and readable code.
