WMS High Jump Support Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled WMS HighJump Support Consultant with 5+ years of experience to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for warehouse management systems. Requires strong functional and technical expertise in retail and wholesale warehouse processes on the HighJump platform.

1. Provide L1 and L2 support for HighJump WMS environments.
2. Apply deep knowledge of retail and wholesale warehouse processes to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
3. Design, develop, and maintain implementations of Page Editor, Advantage Architect workflows, and SQL Server stored procedures.
4. Configure and support functional capabilities and technical settings of the HighJump platform.
5. Develop and maintain SSRSSQL Server Reporting Services reports.
6. Manage integrations using REST/SOAP, Messaging and Event Brokers, and flat file methods between HighJump and Warehouse Control Systems, Warehouse Execution Systems, OMS, and ERP systems.
7. Administer MS SQL Server environments including version upgrades and performance tuning.
8. Demonstrate expert-level SQL programming skills for database querying, optimization, and scripting.
9. Utilize programming knowledge in C# and Java to support system customization and enhancements.

Profile Summary:

1. 5-6 years of relevant experience supporting warehouse management systems.
2. Strong understanding of retail and wholesale warehouse supply chain processes.
3. Extensive experience configuring and working with HighJump WMS platform.
4. Proficient in SQL Server and SQL programming including stored procedures and report development (SSRS).
5. Hands-on experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, messaging, and event brokers.
6. Experience in MS SQL Server version upgrades and database administrative tasks.
7. Programming experience with C# and Java for system automation and custom development.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse or supply chain environment.
