Wirless Network Engineer - TAC

As a Technical Support Engineer L3 at Movate (formerly known as CSS Corp), you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical support to customers of commercial networking products. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing 3rd level escalation support for various networking equipment such as routers, security appliances, switches, and network storage devices. - Replicating customer-reported issues to validate defects for engineering. - Participating in product testing for new product releases. - Reviewing and validating internal documents and knowledge articles for dissemination. - Analyzing customer calls to identify product problems and recommend call avoidance strategies. - Developing and conducting technical training for support staff and client partners. - Being prepared for up to 10% travel time to provide field support. Qualifications required for this role include: - A BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years supporting network environments. - CCNA certification or equivalent networking experience. - Understanding of network topologies, implementation, and design. - In-depth knowledge of networking technologies including wireless, firewalls, VPN, switches, and network storage. - Familiarity with network and routing protocols. - Experience with MS-Windows/Linux networking applications. - Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
