About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 09 The Team Diverse and responsible team working on multiple applications and providing application support in two shifts. Ready to accept challenge on multiple technologies and eager for any new challenges. Responsibilities Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding. Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures. Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning. Create sustainable systems and services through automation. Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objective Day to day working with different teams like infra team for related issues Build and document automation processes for Infrastructure as a Service/Infrastructure as code. Backup and Patch management RCA of all the issues and deep interest in finding permanent resolution of all issues. Co-ordination of all other teams involved in issues related with users.
