1.Interpretation of technical documentation
•Blueprints and schematics
•Wiring diagrams/harness drawings
•Bills of materials (BOMs)
2. Knowledge of industry standards like IPC/WHMA-A-620, ISO 9001, AS9100 rev.D, etc
3.Proficiency with test and measurement equipment like electrical testers, physical measurement tools
4. Visual inspection expertise in crimp quality, soldering, wire/cable Condition, assembly issues
5.Documentation and quality management software skills on non-conformance reporting (NCR),
quality management systems (QMS), first article inspection (FAI)
6.IPC/WHMA 620 trained/ certified is an added advantage
7.Knowledge on 7 QC tools, basic statistics, lean is an added advantage.
