Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support to end users for Basic IT-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user queries via phone & emails.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, issues, and resolutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in a customer support voice process.

  • Excellent communication skills

    both verbal and written.
  • Ability to understand and solve basic technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a

    graduate

    (any graduate)
  • Willingness to

    work from the office

    and in

    rotational shifts

  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MSOffice.
