We’re Hiring: Windows System Administrator (Corporate Office – New Delhi)
Location: New Delhi
Position: Windows System Administrator
Experience: 5–10 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Preferred Certifications: VMware (e.g., VCP), Microsoft (e.g., MCSA)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain VMware virtual environments
Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Monitor system performance, ensuring availability and reliability of infrastructure
Apply OS patches, perform upgrades, and manage administrative tools/utilities
Conduct performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and system optimization
Implement and maintain data backup and recovery processes
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures (security, disaster recovery,etc.)
Provide technical support and training to internal teams
