• Description

  • Must have strong experience in Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 Responsible for plan, design, implement and support IT infrastructure and operations for the organization according to the requirement.• Perform Windows software installation, upgrades and apply relevant patches.• Perform BAU activities like cluster configuration, OS configuration, file system, VCS, IIS, OAT, Vcenter activity, SCCM, Performance related issues.• Troubleshooting and fixing incidents (Service now tool).• DR/Roles swap activity.• Experience in PowerShell scripting for Windows automation.• Change Implementation & Problem Management.• Windows Vulnerabilities related fixes & Windows OS upgrade.• Providing Root cause analysis to find the solution in order to maintain the Business continuity from the infrastructure end.• Server monitoring including health checks at OS level.• Knowledge required in all database application like SQL, oracle.Keeping the systems compliance and running as per company standard.
