VMware VCP Certified Professional - Minimum 6-8 Years of Experience on VMware vSphere/ Vmware vCenter Server/ Vmware Horizon - Maintaining inventory up-to date of VMware Infrastructure - Maintenance and renewal of VMware and VDI licenses - Shall identify, troubleshoot and resolve any configuration related incidents observed on component of VMware solution. - Manage Recurring incidents with detail investigations along with RCA - Should provide L3 level of technical support to VMware vSphere/VMware vCenter/ESXi / Vmware Horizon/VMware Workspace one/ VMware Unified Access Gateway / Virtual Desktop Interface - Should be able to guide team in below scenarios Configure HA, Use DRS, Backup, vMotion, P2V/V2V conversion , Templates , Clones , Snapshots , New Host and cluster configuration - The Updates/Upgrades/Releases etc. should be implemented as per the best practices followed by the product OEM(Vmware) in consultation - Should have basic knowledge of storage - Good Oral, Written communication and presentation skills - Knowledge of Statistical methods and Project management would be an added advantage - Should possess good analytical ability - Good knowledge on MS Office tool set (Word, Excel and Power point)
