Provide support and training to end-users on IT software applications. Monitor and report on the performance of IT solutions and software. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of IT initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in IT solutions and software development. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
