This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi-NOIDA, India for a Workforce Management (WFM) Manager/Sr. Manager. The WFM Manager/Sr. Manager will be responsible for overseeing workforce management operations, including planning, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management. Key responsibilities include analyzing workforce data, maintaining staff levels to meet service targets, and implementing process improvements. This individual will work closely with various departments to optimize resources and ensure efficient operations.
