Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi-NOIDA, India for a Workforce Management (WFM) Manager/Sr. Manager. The WFM Manager/Sr. Manager will be responsible for overseeing workforce management operations, including planning, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management. Key responsibilities include analyzing workforce data, maintaining staff levels to meet service targets, and implementing process improvements. This individual will work closely with various departments to optimize resources and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience of minimum 7-8 years in Workforce Management, including planning, forecasting, and scheduling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis and real-time management
• Familiarity with WFM tools and technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in Domestic contact center environment is mandatory
• Candidate should be comfortable working in Noida
