Role Overview

Marketing & Growth Intern

You’ll work directly with the founding team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that reach parents, teachers, and learners across the globe.

You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how Eager Birds connects with its community — from email campaigns and reels to blog content and lead nurturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing

  marketing campaigns

• Create

  social media content

  (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.) that highlights teachers, classes, and learning moments.
• Research and suggest

  growth ideas

  using trending EdTech and AI tools.
• Track campaign performance metrics and optimize for engagement & conversion.
• Coordinate with designers and the developer intern to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Contribute creative copy and visuals for blogs, landing pages, and newsletters.
• Maintain lead sheets, CRM entries, and content calendars.

You’ll Learn To

• Build and automate campaigns using AI + CRM tools (Zoho, YAMM, Notion AI).
• Understand

  growth funnels

  and customer journeys in an early-stage startup.
• Craft

  brand storytelling

  for education audiences.
• Manage end-to-end marketing workflows — from ideation to analytics.
• Work closely with founders on real-world projects with measurable impact.

Who Can Apply

• Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• Strong written communication and creative thinking.
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Copy.ai).
• Social-media-savvy — understands trends and audience engagement.
• Highly organized and proactive; comfortable working remotely.
