• Salary Range:

  ₹21,000 – ₹29,000 (depending on experience)

HR Functions

• Handle end-to-end HR activities – recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and policies.
• Support management in workforce planning, training, and development.

Project & Operations Management

• Oversee the ticket/project management system.
• Ensure all team members regularly update their tasks/tickets and assign accurate time logs.
• Track progress, monitor team performance, and escalate issues to management promptly.
• Drive accountability within the team to deliver quality output.

Additional Contributions

• Support in marketing efforts (social media, employer branding, campaigns) during spare time.
• Bring new ideas for efficiency and team engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s in HR is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Project Coordination.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
• Ability to multitask and drive accountability in a team setting.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• A positive, ethical, and growth-oriented professional.
