🔍 Required Skills & Experience:.

✔ 2–5+ years of HR experience

all HR roles & responsibilities

✔ Must know ESI & PF calculations

attendance, payroll preparation & statutory compliance

✔ Ability to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle

✔ Good communication, discipline & people management skills

✔ Experience in retail/jewellery industry preferred but not mandatory

💼 Key Roles & Responsibilities:

🔸 Recruitment & Onboarding

• Screening, interviews & hiring
• Document collection, background checks
• Employee induction & joining formalities

🔸 HR Operations

• Maintaining employee records, HRMIS
• Attendance, leaves, shift management
• Preparing payroll inputs, overtime, incentives
• ESI & PF calculation + monthly submission
• Full statutory compliance for employees

🔸 Employee Lifecycle Management

• Confirmation, appraisal & performance tracking
• Training coordination & employee engagement
• Handling grievances & maintaining discipline

🔸 Exit Management

• Resignation processing
• Full & final settlements
• Experience letters & exit interviews
