WE’RE HIRING: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

Luxury Fashion Label | India / Hybrid

We are a growing designer fashion label known for intricate craftsmanship, strong design sensibility, and a loyal client base. As we scale nationally and internationally, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner closely with the Founder and take complete ownership of operations.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in building structure, managing teams, and translating creative vision into a smooth, profitable business.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As COO, you will be responsible for end-to-end operations of the brand, ensuring execution excellence across production, sourcing, timelines, people, and systems—while allowing the Founder to focus on design, vision, and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and manage day-to-day operations of the brand

• Oversee production planning, sampling, and delivery timelines

• Manage karigars, workshops, vendors, and raw material sourcing

• Build and supervise operations, merchandising, and admin teams

• Implement systems, SOPs, and processes for scale

• Ensure quality control and consistency across all products

• Coordinate between design, production, sales, and logistics

• Track costing, margins, and operational efficiency

• Support international expansion, exhibitions, and trade shows

• Act as a strategic partner to the Founder in decision-making

WHO YOU ARE

• 8–15+ years of experience in fashion / luxury / apparel operations

• Proven experience in running production and managing teams

• Highly organized, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented

• Strong understanding of Indian craftsmanship & couture processes

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Hands-on, dependable, and deeply invested in long-term growth

• Comfortable working closely with a Founder-led brand
