About The Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing brand marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on influencer and social media marketing. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging with social media creators, planning and executing influencer campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators, conducting market research, and maintaining professional relationships with influencers. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and achieve brand growth.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities (KRAs)

  • Define fortnightly priorities in coordination with the Central team
  • Develop and submit weekly experiment plans
  • Design and implement a standardized experiment sheet to log data in a centralized experiment database
  • Ensure weekly and monthly targets for the number of experiments and transitions to production are met
  • Update the centralized COGs log upon experiment finalization and production rollout
  • Ensure all apparatus and ingredients are available 72 hours prior to the execution of experiments Coordinate with the Central team to set weekly budgets and obtain approval
  • Regularly update the Central team on cost optimization through DOD (Day of Day), WOW (Week on Week), and MOM (Month on Month) reports
  • Develop and implement QA protocols for newly launched SKUs
Ensure the smooth production of pilot batches during the launch of new products
Required Skill
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
  • Experience in R&D, especially in the food industry
  • Strong project management and coordination skill
  • Excellent knowledge of food product development, experimentation, and production processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goal
