Role Overview:

The Wellness Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations of the spa and wellness center, manages treatment schedules, and delivers an exceptional luxury guest experience. This role serves as the key link between guests, therapists, and the wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate and manage daily spa & wellness floor operations

·        Prepare and maintain the treatment schedule

·        Guide guests through their wellness itinerary and resolve queries

·        Ensure therapists are aligned and treatment rooms are ready

·        Maintain high operational standards in a luxury wellness environment

·        Monitor guest flow and ensure a calm, organized atmosphere

·        Support guest feedback, follow-ups, and special requests

·        Work closely with Wellness Managers and program specialists

Requirements:

·        Mandatory prior spa experience

·        Strong understanding of spa operations & treatment flow

·        Excellent guest handling and communication skills

·        Calm, composed, and service-oriented personality

·        Ability to multitask in a luxury hospitality setting

·        Knowledge of wellness/holistic therapies is a plus
