Conducting regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance and pinpoint areas for improvement is also part of your responsibilities. Staying informed about industry trends and market conditions will be essential in anticipating client needs and proactively addressing challenges. Furthermore, you will be tasked with designing and developing wellness programs that cater to physical, mental, and emotional health. As a part of your role, you will champion the voice of the customer within the organization. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare and related industries is required, with a background in insurance being advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role, along with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
