Fabrication Planning & Supervision

Plan and oversee fabrication activities, including cutting, bending, rolling, and welding.
Interpret engineering drawings and ensure fabrication complies with them.

Material & Consumable Management

Select and verify materials, welding electrodes/fillers based on specifications and codes.
Ensure traceability and proper storage/handling of materials.

Weld Quality & Inspection Coordination

Ensure quality control during welding processes.
Coordinate with NDT (UT, RT, PT, MT) inspectors and interpret results.
Manage weld defect identification and repair processes.

Code & Standard Compliance

Ensure compliance with international/national standards like ASME, AWS, ISO, EN, or IS codes.
Maintain records and documentation for audits and certifications.

: Work with design, quality, and production teams for smooth project execution.
