Review & follow of fabrication drawing, QA documents such as Quality Assurance Plan and inspection & testing procedures. Inspection of receiving raw material with respect to drawing, QAP & purchase order. Coordination with third party inspectors from TPI agencies for inspection Thorough Knowledge about welding processes and welding related documents like WPS, PQR, WPQ. Familiar with methods and usage of testing instruments like surface profile gauge, DFT meter, Ultrasonic thickness gauge, welding gauges & measuring instruments Witness of Non-destructive examinations & interpretation of results of NDE methods mainly LPT & RT. Notifying the Non-Conformance identified during inspection and recommending corrective & remedial actions. Conducting all stage wise & final Inspection activities with respect drawing, QAP & customer specifications. Preparing inspection reports as the QAP. Communication with clients, design department, production department.
