Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical / Welding Technology
Experience: 3–4 Years (Preference for Heavy Fabrication / Engineering Industry background)
Reporting To: Production / Quality Head
Role & Responsibility:
1. Supervise welding processes (MIG, MAG, SAW) and ensure compliance with WPS (Welding
Procedure Specification).
2. Monitor welder performance and maintain WPQ (Welder Performance Qualification) records.
3. Ensure welding quality meets international standards (AWS, ISO, EN).
4. Coordinate with quality for weld inspections (visual & NDT if required).
5. Provide training and guidance to welders on techniques and safety.
