Wedding Production Manager

Min 3 - 5 Years Experience Required

Key Responsibilities

1. Wedding Production Planning & Execution

Plan and manage end-to-end production timelines, layouts, and logistics for wedding functions.

Ensure timely and seamless venue setup and dismantling across multiple wedding events.

Supervise the installation of stages, floral décor, lighting, sound, AV, mandaps, and lounges.

Collaborate with the design and décor teams to transform creative wedding concepts into a stunning reality.

2. Vendor & Logistics Management

Identify and manage vendors for décor, floral, lighting, sound, rentals, and hospitality services.

Negotiate vendor pricing and contracts to ensure quality execution within budgets.

Coordinate timely delivery, installation, and removal of production materials across all wedding functions and venues.

3. On-Site Wedding Execution & Troubleshooting

Supervise live on-site execution during pre-wedding, wedding, and post-wedding functions.

Address last-minute changes, technical issues, or weather-related adjustments efficiently.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols, permits, and venue-specific guidelines.

4. Budget & Cost Control

Manage production within approved budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.

5. Interdepartmental Coordination

With Client Servicing & Planning Teams: Ensure all client expectations are translated into actionable production deliverables.

With Design & Creative Teams:

Finalize themes, stage setups, color schemes, and visual elements.

With Operations & Logistics Teams: Align transport, manpower, and security as per the event flow.
