Wedding Planner

Job Description: Sr. WEDDING PLANNER (Experience in Events such as Weddings, Engagements, Bridal Shower is a must)

Salary: 30K to 50K

Experience: 2-4 years

Job Description:

• Initiate meetings and discussions, understand the client requirements and budget
• Preparing presentations/walkthrough
• Excellent knowledge of venues across Kerala / and major cities
• Provide creative and innovative décor ideas to the client as per their budget and requirements
• Take ownership of the event and ensure a flawless execution
• Vendor management, budget management, internal team management
• Meticulous documentation of relevant contracts and bills.
• Payment settlement with the client
• Post event report

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven wedding or event planning experience.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of different religions and religious practices.
• Strong networking and negotiating skills
• Good visualisation ability.
• Should have their own database and good rapport with vendors, florists, photographers, artists etc.
• Adept at planning, scheduling and delegation of work.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and creative.
• Good Experience in conducting luxury/ high-cost wedding
• Must have Experience in conducting North Indian Wedding
• Candidate must have good command over English, Hindi and Malayalam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
