Acmobook Experiences is looking for a dynamic Executive – Weddings & Client Onboarding to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about luxury events, wedding planning, and client relationship management, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming wedding leads and convert them into successful bookings

• Assist in end-to-end wedding planning, from concept to execution

• Manage client onboarding with seamless communication and coordination

• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in weddings, events, or client servicing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of lead conversion and relationship management

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment

• Passion for weddings and creating memorable experiences
