Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management:

• Monitor website performance, ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and an optimal user experience.
• Coordinate with developers to fix technical issues and implement website improvements.
• Regularly update and optimize website content to align with SEO best practices.

• SEO Strategy & Execution:

• Conduct keyword research and develop strategies to target high-value search terms.
• Optimize on-page elements such as metadata, headings, images, and internal linking.
• Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

• Analytics & Reporting:

• Track website traffic, user behavior, and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Generate detailed reports on website performance, organic traffic trends, and keyword rankings.
• Provide actionable insights to improve SEO strategies and website performance.

• Content Collaboration:

• Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
• Ensure alignment of content with user intent and brand guidelines.

• Technical SEO:

• Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (broken links, crawl errors, sitemap issues, etc.).
• Optimize website structure, schema markup, and page speed.

• Trendspotting & Updates:

• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Identify new opportunities to improve search visibility and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3-4 years

  of experience in website management and SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
