Website Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Website Manager with hands-on experience in web hosting, WordPress, React, JavaScript, and plugin management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing company websites to ensure top performance, security, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete management and maintenance of company websites.
• Handle web hosting activities, including domain management, DNS configuration, and server maintenance.
• Manage WordPress websites—including installation, theme and plugin setup, and troubleshooting.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ensure website speed, uptime, and performance optimization through caching and compression tools.
• Troubleshoot hosting, SSL, and plugin-related issues.
• Implement and manage website backups, migrations, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to improve UI/UX and overall site performance.
• Regularly test website features, fix broken links, and ensure mobile responsiveness.
• Keep websites updated with the latest WordPress versions, plugins, and patches.
• Monitor analytics and provide insights on traffic, performance, and SEO health.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in managing and maintaining WordPress or React-based websites.
• Strong knowledge of web hosting, cPanel, FTP, and server configuration.
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and PHP (basic).
• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
• Familiarity with website speed optimization and debugging tools.
• Understanding of website SEO fundamentals and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
